Step out onto the private balcony and take in breathtaking panoramic views of Biscayne Bay, the perfect spot to unwind and watch stunning Miami sunsets.<br><br>The master suite features a king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom, a TV, a spacious closet, and direct balcony access. The secondary bedroom offers a queen-size bed, TV, closet, and its own balcony entrance as well.<br><br>For added convenience, the condo includes a vacuum cleaner and features ADA-compliant amenities in both the kitchen and bathroom, ensuring accessibility for all guests.<br><br>To enhance your stay, we provide premium linens, bath and hand towels, washcloths, extra sofa bed linens, and complimentary toiletries.</p>

<p>– The daily Amenity Fee (Resort Fee) of $59 + taxes (Total $66.67) is already included in your nightly rate, as well as the cleaning fee. Nothing additional is due at check-in. This fee is charged per day, not per person.
