The fully equipped kitchen boasts high-end appliances, including a glass-top stove, oven, air fryer, toaster, Nespresso machine, cookware, and utensils—everything you need for a seamless stay.<br><br>The dining area comfortably seats four and flows into the living room, where you’ll find a dedicated workspace (desk), a plush full-size sofa bed, and a Smart TV. Step out onto the private balcony and take in breathtaking panoramic views of Biscayne Bay, the perfect spot to unwind and watch stunning Miami sunsets.<br><br>The master suite features a king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom, a TV, a spacious closet, and direct balcony access. The secondary bedroom offers a queen-size bed, TV, closet, and its own balcony entrance as well.<br><br>For added convenience, the condo includes a vacuum cleaner and features ADA-compliant amenities in both the kitchen and bathroom, ensuring accessibility for all guests.<br><br>To enhance your stay, we provide premium linens, bath and hand towels, washcloths, extra sofa bed linens, and complimentary toiletries.</p> <h2>Guest access</h2> <p>– The daily Amenity Fee (Resort Fee) of $59 + taxes (Total $66.67) is already included in your nightly rate, as well as the cleaning fee. Nothing additional is due at check-in. This fee is charged per day, not per person. The only additional payment you may incur is for valet parking, which is optional and only charged if used.<br><br>- Upon your arrival go to the front desk present your ID (To check in you have to be 21+), and tell them your unit number so they can confirm your registration and check you in.<br><br>- Part of the Top-of-the-line amenities is the heated pool with direct sunlight for those looking to soak up in Florida’s sun.<br><br>- 2 floors fully equipped state-of-the-art Gym with panoramic views.<br><br>- A beautiful and spacious Deck with plenty of sitting areas.<br><br>- You’ll enjoy complimentary access to a private beach club located at the Stanton Marriott in South Beach.
